Thanks to our quality and experience, we are able to offer a lifetime guarantee to all our customers.

This means that we can resolve any type of problem you may have with your jewelry, which we detail below:

• Manufacturing defects. These will be resolved immediately at no cost to the customer.
• Total or partial breakage of the product due to a manufacturing defect.
• Total or partial loss of zircons
• A piece of jewelry that is excessively scratched due to a manufacturing defect requires polishing. (Please note that silver is easily scratched. If not handled properly, the material will be damaged. Therefore, the polishing process will be done once free of charge. A €20 charge will be applied for this service afterward.) Any costs incurred for polishing, such as post-polishing plating, will be charged to the customer.
• 18k gold plating. If you have any problems with the plating on your jewelry due to a manufacturing defect, we will redo it completely free of charge. Please note that 18k gold plating requires care, and if the jewelry is not treated properly, the plating may be compromised. This is why you can have one re-plating done free of charge, and if you need to re-plating it more than once, you will be charged the cost based on the gold price on the date of the claim.
